Praveen holds a master’s degree in organizational Behaviour and Organizational Development from the Management Development Institute of Singapore, accredited by the University of Wales - UK.

He is also an expert in Emotional Intelligence & Leadership projects rated by prestigious institution Harvard.

With a focus on Go Green technology, Praveen launched the 'Hermico' range of biodegradable products a decade ago, setting new standards in the industry. His efforts have been recognized globally by various ministries, showcasing his commitment to society and environmental welfare.

In the fiscal year 2019, his businesses achieved a good turnkey in biodegradable products.

His client portfolio includes the Government of India, the Indian Army, and the State goverment of Tamil Nadu, along with several other countries and their respective ministries. Praveen has been honored as the best businessman in Salem and Chennai. Also been selected as best diplomat in UNITED NATION.
